Architect post graduated in Civil Engineering and Business Management with a career focused in Retail, Food Service and Real Estate Development with Private Equity Investment (Shopping Centers). Experienced at key retail and food service companies in Brazil like groceries and hardware stores, fast food chain, leading the expansion of brick and mortar stores team and responsible from project design to the construction going through feasibility, budgeting and procurement as well as maintenance and asset management. I’ve also been responsible for omnichannel and innovation retail business development from the business model to the go live, responsible for: > expanding the click and collect third party pick up locations > developing store in store partnerships with other brands > innovative tools such as Virtual and Augmented Reality applied to furniture sales Before that I’ve worked for 7 years as real estate development project design manager for shopping centers responsible for more than 12 malls developments nationwide with activities spanning from early design strategies to the grand opening. In the late years of this activity I was responsible for the whole business development of the mall reporting directly to the board of directors and overlooking all the areas necessary to successfully develop and run the business.
