ERP’s: Oracle R12 Main Tasks and Duties In my role at Equifax I BoaVista, I was responsible for managing financial statements and audits while enhancing internal controls. I am focused on revenue recognition through contract reviews and supported M&A activities. My efforts contributed to improved financial accuracy and compliance within the organization and in addition to managing high-performance teams. ERP’s: SAP / Mastersaf / Cognos Controller / TM1 / Longview / G.I Main Tasks and Duties - Responsible for the annual budget process and monthly forecast reviews as well as for preparing the annual strategic planning and spending reports (actuals vs forecast vs budget); - Managing and driving the main key performance financial indicators such as Working Capital, Inventory Turns (DOH), Debtors Days (DSO), Creditors Days (DPO), Gross Margin, Operation Profit, EBITDA, as well as Cash Conversion and free cash flow; - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement as well as ad-hoc financial analysis for de decision-making. - Preparation of Financial Statements according to BRGAAP, IFRS, and USGAAP, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. - Highly experienced in process improvements using RPA (Robotic Process Automation); - Review and Submission of all Accounting Obligations; - Responsible for ensuring all scorecard controls are being followed and are also properly reported, documented as well as ensuring that self-testing is carried out per the regional plan, assuring adherence of all internal controls to global policies; - Ad-hoc Tax Planning. Outcomes - Set up BLACKLINE (Reconciliation, IC Hub, and Journal Entry modules) accounting system as Key User Brazil; - Development of several SAP scripts in order to save time on reporting generation using RPA (Robotic Process Automation); - Cognos Controller automation, replacing manual and csv load for automatic one; - SAP Concur Expense management implementation as a Key User in Brazil; - Responsible for implementing the Lease Accelerator system as a Key User in Brazil; - Responsible for implementing the Longview System (Deferred Tax Calculation System); - Responsible for implementing the Thonsom Reuters TaxOne System (Indirect Tax Calculation and Tax Obligations generation) and; - Key User of Workday (HR system).
