I completed a comprehensive commercial apprenticeship at Raiffeisen Bank, where I gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of banking and customer service. My main tasks included: - Private Customer Service: Helping customers with their banking, savings, and investment needs. - Credit Administration: Assisting with loan processing and working with mortgage clients. - Corporate Customer Service: Supporting business clients with new account setups and handling questions. - Wealth Management: Assisting wealth advisors with client meetings and investment options. - Service Support: Helping with account and card setups, making sure clients had a smooth start. We study both machine learning and knowledge-based systems to understand AI fully.
