Ideal is the fastest growing Broker Dealer in Brazil, the first to be launched 100% electronic and cloud-based. Our main pillars are being client centric, tech-driven and agency-only. In a couple months after being launched, Ideal CTVM became the top 1 Broker Dealer in Futures contracts at B3, and top 5 in Cash Equities. Ideal was accelerated by Endeavor´s Fintech Scale-up Program in 2021. In the same year, we received a Series A investment round lead by Kaszek Ventures, the largest VC based in Latin America. In 2022, Ideal CTVM sold part of the company to Itaú, the largest banking institution in Brazil, as part of the company´s strategic expansion to the retail market. The bank is listed at B3, in São Paulo, and in NYSE, in New York.

- Supported the integration of Link Investimentos, consolidating UBS’s leadership in Futures and Equities trading at B3. - Business Development for HFT and systematic clients, covering global hedge funds, prop trading firms, and banks. - Expanded UBS’s no-touch international electronic flow coverage from the Americas and Europe to Brazil. - Led client acquisition trips across the US, Europe, and Asia, strengthening UBS’s cross-border trading relationships.

- Core member of the pioneering team that built one of Brazil’s first and most successful Electronic Trading Desks. - Covered global hedge funds, proprietary trading groups, and international banks trading via DMA. - Advised clients on market structure, regulation, risk, technology, and post-trade processes, facilitating seamless market access. - Deep expertise in B3’s Entrypoint (FIX 4.4) and UMDF (FastFIX 5.0) protocols.

- Supported the Controller and Managing Directors in financial management and reporting. - Oversaw PnL control, revenue tracking, cost analysis, and trading desk KPIs. - Liaised with external accounting firms to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
