• Managed to have 50+ legal specialists, as we managed to repsresent clients in more that 1334+ cases. • Provided consultations and judicial representation in all levels of litigation and before all courts, such as commercial, labor, criminal, and administrative. • Major contracts I worked on:  2013 – Present. Contracted with a company from GCC area that started investment in Saudi, as I worked in creating their legal presences completing all work, establishing, and reviewing contracts for contractors and investor. Plus building internal governance. A major project for this company was building a mega mall (300M+ SAR)  2017 – 2020. Represented Ministry of Defense (MOD) in all stages of litigation in commercial, labor and criminal courts. Plus providing the legal consultations needed by their legal department.  2018 – Present. Worked as a legal advisor for Al Buainain group CEO. Worked in building the group governance, reviewing contracts and other legal consultations. The group have multiple investments in real estate, retail and energy sectors worth 1.2B SAR.  2016 – 2021. Worked as a legal consultant and a lawyer for Dr. Noor Khan Hospital. During that time the hospital was represented before the courts. Futhermore, I worked on hospital governance and changed business structure to LLC.  2021 – Present. Worked as a legal consultant for RamFoam a UK company were I provided legal advice and helped participation in the World Defense Exhibition of Saudi.  2019 – Present. Worked as a legal consultant for Jathab Co. which obtained an agency from AquaCare international company where the procedures for obtaining the agency and its approvals from the regulatory authorities were done. In addition to providing legal advice throughout the contract.

• Built the General Department of Legal Affairs, employing more than 25 legal specialists. In Addition to establishing the governance of the departments and administrative units affiliated with the Department of Legal Affairs. • Managed all legal matters for the Health affairs of the governorate which had 7 hospitals and 30 health centers. representing the ministry in all cases such as administrative, criminal, labor and financial. • Participated as a member in many committees such as: bid screening and awarding, hiring and executive council.
