Ezequiel Villegas

As a Public Safety Officer at St. Francis Medical Center, I work collaboratively with my colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. I respond to a wide range of calls and incidents throughout the hospital, communicate closely with medical personnel regarding patient and visitor needs, and manage both internal and external calls to ensure efficient coordination. My role also involves assisting medical teams with patient controls, medication handling, and visitor management, as well as monitoring hospital activity through surveillance systems and computer-based tracking tools. Through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail, I help uphold SFMC’s commitment to safety, compassion, and quality care.
