• Setting the tone for the efficient operations of the factory • Determining the optimal organizational structure of the operations in the staffing and business process. • Ensuring clear definition of the roles and responsibilities of all the staff of the facility • Coordinating to ensure optimazatuon of costs and output of the factory • Designing necessary reports for the optimal tracking of the business performance • Establishing an effective agency system to achieve the sales targets of the organization • Liasing with the retail segment to drive and achieve the determined overall organizational objectives • Other duties as may be assigned by NEFL

• Overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules by collaborating with team leads to optimize processes and achieve production targets. • Monitoring product quality to meet safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Implementing and enforcing compliance with food safety protocols, such as HACCP and GMP. • Assisting in supervising production staff, providing guidance, managing team performance and conducting training programs on safety, equipment usage, and operational procedures. • Handling administrative tasks related to production such as record-keeping, documentation, reporting and presentations while collaborating with other departments such as finance and human resources to ensure seamless administrative processes. • Tracking inventory of raw materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations while Identifying resource requirements and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages

• Strategic Planning and Business Development: Develop growth strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities. • Production and Quality Management: Oversee daily production, ensure quality standards, and maintain food safety regulations. • Staff Management and Training: Supervise bakery staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory, manage suppliers, and optimize stock levels. • Cost Control and Budgeting: Manage labor, ingredient, and supply costs to maintain profitability. • Customer Service and Relations: Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and build relationships. • Quality Control, Food Safety, and Compliance: Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensure food safety standards (HACCP, GMP), and comply with regulatory requirements. • Daily Bakery Reporting: Prepare and review daily reports on production, sales, inventory, and quality control, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

• Planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer services.  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle of supply chain • Liaising and negotiating with transporters and consumers. • Planning delivery timetables • Ensuring stores have enough stock • Monitoring stock levels • Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination • Overseeing arrival of shipments

• Coordinates and supervises production process from hanging to finish product. • Compilation and proper recording of production report on daily basis through POLOXY, ERP and TALLY. • Coordinates and monitors proper cleaning methods and equipment handling. • Ensures production attendant adhere to safety and health procedures. • Maximizes time, material and human power to optimize productivity and profitability.

• Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standard • Recommend adjustments to the production process • Ensuring adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, safe quality food (SQF) standards and product quality standards. • Managing the quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas • Creating an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines • Developing and analyzing of healthy, safe, and convenient food products

• Routine analysis of dough during production • Thorough checking and sampling of raw materials. • Collaboratively worked with the bundling, packaging and Laboratory unit.
