Main responsibilities: ● Overall responsibility for safe, reliable, and sustainable operation of auxiliary facilities such as seawater desalination plant, boiler make-up water treatment plant, condensate polishing plant, flue gas desulfurization plant, Fly and bottom ash handling, industrial and sewage water treatment plants on a 24/7/365 basis ● Overall responsibility for leading all aspects of safety in operations pertaining to employees, contractors, and visitors, including LOTO, fall protection, confined space entry, and electrical safety programs. ● Overall responsibility for plant operations, including equipment condition, maintenance, repair, operation, replacement, and modification. ● Overall responsibility to identify and implement opportunities for safety, reliability, and efficiency improvements. ● Overall responsibility to attain and maintain the plant in full physical and administrative compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, including air quality, hazardous material disposal and storage, wastewater discharge, underground storage tanks, employee training, and miscellaneous periodic inspections & certifications. ● Consistently communicate corporate culture and values to all employees and manage all aspects of labor and employee relations. ● Implement a regular and preventive maintenance program for all the plant’s equipment. ● Maximize Staff utilization, create efficiency. ● Develop and manage tracking and reporting tools to evaluate personnel and equipment performance trends and identify paths for improvement for each. ● Plan, execute, and lead special projects as assigned by the Power Plant Director. ● Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and government and regulatory officials. ● Responsible for the Cycle Chemistry of the Power Plant. ● Draft and update procedures and instructions related to energy and environment, ensuring compliance and best practices

- working at Production department. Those departments are Crushing-Screening, Agglomeration and Beneficiation of Iron ore with magnetite separators after grinding the iron ores with ball mills and rod mills, Magnetite iron ore binding with binders and pelletizing at balling drums, and drying the iron ore pellets on travelling grate at drying unit, then Pre Heating Zone and sintering in Rotary Kiln. Cooling the sintered iron ore pellets at Annular Cooler. - When the event of failure, I was troubleshooting and fault repairing without the Factory’s shut down. - Planning necessary periodical maintenance, tests and measurement activities and controlling also providing these activities, - Organizing the workers for maintenance, repair and operatings. - Ensuring the continuity of production’s desirable chemical quality and the continuous improvement of the quality - Reporting the datas to top management - Organizing Necessary occupational safety and health - Preparing the progress payments of subcontractors - I also worked at Quality Control department to control of raw materials, semi-finished marerials and finished material's quality.
