• Own end-to-end indirect procurement across HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, HSE, Industrial Engineering and selected production-related services; run RFQ/RFPs, TCO-based evaluations and award recommendations; track orders and budgets in SAP/ERP. • Manage an approx. EUR 20M annual OPEX and lead strategic tenders/projects across Turkey and EMEA (HR catering/facilities/transport approx. EUR 6M/year; production equipment & manufacturing-related contracts approx. EUR 2M/year; ISO integration approx. EUR 0.5M). • Led a high-visibility Pirelli–Prometeon brand launch program (approx. EUR 2M): managed cross-border stakeholders and agencies, sourced and contracted international suppliers, aligned SOW/SLAs and compliance, and delivered end-to-end launch activities on time and within budget. • Delivered approx. EUR 500k savings through strategic sourcing, TCO-driven evaluations and contract optimization aligned with Master Plan targets; developed alternative suppliers and cost-down scenarios. • Lead supplier negotiations and contract lifecycle; coordinate with Legal to manage deviations, mitigate commercial/supply risks and ensure compliance. • Drive procurement process digitalization: integrate Impromax eProcurement and build Power Automate workflows (Single Supplier Tender Form, Multiple Vendor Tender Form, Credit Card Approval Form).
