As HR MANAGER at Asis Otomasyon, a leading company that offers smart solutions for various sectors, I manage the company's recruitment, employee experience, talent management, and performance evaluation processes. Using competency-based interviews and reference checks, I work with operations departments to determine the hiring plan and fill vacancies with qualified candidates. I also manage personnel data and changes and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.In addition, I take an active role in improving the company's employee engagement, communication and employer brand by advising all department managers on HR functions. I facilitate the execution of HR systems and processes and increase awareness within the company. I also contribute to the improvement of all HR activities and processes and participate in HR projects. I have a bachelor's degree in sociology and an associate degree in justice from Anadolu University, which helped me understand the social and legal aspects of human resources. I have strong skills in human resources, employee relations, training and development.
