I founded April Marketing Consultancy Co., Ltd. to help Chinese B2B manufacturers and exporters build more proactive, structured, and buyer-aware outbound growth systems. Many export companies are under pressure from fewer platform inquiries, slower buyer replies, stronger price comparison, and overdependence on trade shows or passive lead sources. My work focuses on helping these companies move from random outreach to a repeatable system for identifying qualified overseas buyers, starting meaningful conversations, and creating new business opportunities. I support export business owners, sales managers, and overseas sales teams across ICP definition, customer research, cold email strategy, LinkedIn positioning, AI-assisted sales research, outreach sequences, CRM follow-up, and sales process design. My approach is practical and low-pressure. Instead of teaching teams to send more messages, I help them understand buyer logic, reduce friction in first conversations, and communicate with more relevance, timing, and commercial judgment. Key areas of work: Help Chinese B2B exporters define clearer ICPs and prioritize buyer segments with stronger business fit. Design cold email and LinkedIn outreach systems that open conversations without aggressive sales pressure. Build AI-assisted workflows for customer research, message development, sequence planning, and sales follow-up. Train export sales teams to communicate from the buyer’s decision environment, not only from the supplier’s product perspective. Support companies in building repeatable outbound processes that connect marketing, sales, CRM, and long-term opportunity nurturing.
