In my position as sales manager, I was responsible for heading the advertising sales of two niche market magazines and Outdoor Media such as Elevators in Dubai Media City and Mobile media i.e cars that move in and around the city advertising the campaigns. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients. Attract new advertising clientele through personal search and referral methods. In this capacity, I also acted as a liaison between the company and its clients. Further, I acted as a liaison between the company and all advertising agencies across the GCC and MENA region inclusive. I was responsible for relevant negotiations of the terms and conditions of various contracts on behalf of the company, gathering and compiling market and client information, representing the company at exhibitions and events, making accurate and rapid cost calculation and providing quotations, updating sales reports, client database, and the internal system on a regular basis, ensuring that all orders and printing material are circulated to the proper departments before production and print.
