As IPS expands into the data center sector, I am responsible for establishing HVAC design practices and developing the engineering team to support future data center projects. 1. Developed standardized HVAC design documents and templates to streamline design processes and improve consistency 2. Built and developed vendor coordination frameworks to support future data center projects 4. Reviewed and validated HVAC design documents prepared by lead engineers prior to client submission 5. Conducted detailed reviews of existing design documents to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement 6. Monitored day-to-day engineering workflows and recommended process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality 7. HVAC Design of Hyperscale Data Centre with Tier 3 Redundancy (Concurrent Maintainability) 1.HVAC Design & Analysis: Heat load estimation, unit selection (chillers, pumps, DAHU, CRAC,PAHU,FWU), ESP & ventilation calculations, fan selection. 2.CFD Analysis: Internal & external CFD report analysis (building exterior & chiller exhaust). 3.Design Documentation: SOO preparation (chillers, pumps, data hall equipment), chilled water schematics, thermal energy storage integration. 4.Technical Documentation: Lead preparation & submission of design basis, drawings, calculations, models, and technical data sheets. 5.Cross-Discipline Coordination: Work with architecture, BMS, electrical, and other teams to ensure high-quality design submissions. 6.Inputs to Other Disciplines: Provide data and analysis inputs to the Sustainabilty team, other internal teams, and vendors for system optimization and performance evaluation.

For a brief period I followed my passion to teach. I taught maths, physics & coding languages like C, C++, Python, Java, etc to students of 12th Std. As this was part time, I was able to do my job too.
