- coordinating international air shipments, including exports, imports, OBC and charters, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulations, -managing time-critical deliveries (JIT) for automotive clients, ensuring supply chain continuity and minimizing production downtime, -preparing and managing transport documentation and overseeing customs clearance procedures, -collaborating with freight forwarders, airlines, and customs brokers to optimize routes, reduce transit times, and improve cost efficiency, -tracking and monitoring shipments in real-time, proactively reporting status updates to customers and addressing potential delays.
