I serve under the GSK Wood plc Capital Delivery Partnership. I’m currently developing BI reports from SAP ERP, looking at automating the process of data gathering. By pulling in data from client Azure Data Lake. Which requires my knowledge of SQL (ETL), Azure & Python. Followed by the visualization of this data using PowerBI. My expertise in ETL processes, data flows, and dashboard development supports the management of over £30 million in CAPEX expenditure.

Collect, integrate, consolidate and migrates data from multiple and different types of sources so it can be put in one place for use in analysis models to discover business insights. Responsibilities of my role: • I develop, construct, test and maintain architectures, including assets such as Microsoft Dataverse tables, Microsoft Share Point lists and libraries, and Microsoft Power BI Dataflows and Datasets. • I analyze and interpret data, including KPI trending and benchmarking. • I utilize Power Automate, to construct Robotic Process Automations. To make the challenge of data gathering a simple automated process. • I add value by building Power BI reports and dashboards used by project management, project controls, engineering, HSE and quality teams to help them drive delivery of EPC projects. The Student Ambassador Program is a leadership opportunity for students who are dedicated to serving and representing The University of Stirling. Student Ambassadors provide campus tours, serve as an Stirling University representative and perform duties at various campus and community events. As part of my role I represent the University by: -Welcoming and greeting members of the public during Campus open days. -Providing various services and referrals to the Campus. -Developing an expanded knowledge of the University. -Conduct campus tours for new students, schools, classes, and guests. -Represent The University of Stirling at public events. -Assist with duties and tasks related to events put on by various University departments. -Work with diverse populations and provide tips on being a successful student. This was such a great opportunity for me, I highly recommend the Student Ambassador program to any University of Stirling student.

During my time at Stirling, I was given the privilege of an internship with Scottish Enterprise at the Research Park close to campus. This allowed me to demonstrate and put to use all of the leadership skills I had acquired, in my previous roles. I was responsible for organising presentations about entrepreneurship and teaching students how they can start their very own business. (I left this role in order to attend my study abroad program at The University of Illinois, Urbana-Champagne.)

The biggest part of being a Accommodation Liaison Student is the interaction with Students. My goal is to provide Students value-added or return on investment for living on-campus. I want Students to enjoy their time at University. As a Accommodation Liaison I want to help develop students to learn how to effectively, communicate with their peers, resolve their concerns, and utilise their resources when they need extra support/assistance. I achieve this by: Role-modeling and encouraging academics Encouraging development and growth in acceptance and understanding of others Ensuring a safe, clean, respectful environment that is conducive to academic success Assisting residents with conflict resolution techniques Providing information and assistance when needed about on-campus resources Being visible and actively involved on their floor and with their residents

Contact tracing is a specialized skill. My role is vital to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. To be done effectively, it requires people with the training, supervision, and access to social and medical support for patients and contacts. Requisite knowledge and skills for contact tracers include, but are not limited to: An understanding of patient confidentiality, including the ability to conduct interviews without violating confidentiality (e.g., to those who might overhear their conversations) Understanding of the medical terms and principles of exposure, infection, infectious period, potentially infectious interactions, symptoms of disease, pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic infection. Excellent and sensitive interpersonal, cultural sensitivity, and interviewing skills such that they can build and maintain trust with patients and contacts. Basic skills of crisis counseling, and the ability to confidently refer patients and contacts for further care if needed. Resourcefulness in locating patients and contacts who may be difficult to reach or reluctant to engage in conversation. Understanding of when to refer individuals or situations to medical, social, or supervisory resources. Cultural competency appropriate to the local community. (I left this role, in order to continue my studies at the University of Stirling. I wish Public Health England, the best of luck with tackling Covid-19.)

I have previously worked with large data sets when I was a Field Researcher with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne in the USA. I travelled around the state of Illinois where I inspected crops, collected data, and harvested various varieties of corn/wheat/barley. In my previous role I added value to the US Agricultural Economy by helping the agricultural community with interpreting data. For example I helped with providing information on improving crop yields. (This role was ended early due to the coronavirus pandemic.)

Plant Health Inspectors work within the Rural Payments and Inspections Division (RPID) undertake a wide range of duties many of an outdoor nature, involving visits to farms, crofts and contact with the agricultural community. RPID is responsible for the implementation and delivery of grants, subsidies and other Government and European Union (EU) policies to the rural sector and providing expert analytical, scientific and technical advice and services on both agricultural and environmental matters. During the summer months I would inspect seed potato crops for a variety of diseases in accordance with EU guide lines.
