Driving non-clinical development of novel psychedelic and non-psychedelic compounds for treatment of mental health disorders. Managing novel out-sourced pre-clinical studies, including study design, results interpretation and communication to drive internal project strategy, as well as global CROs communication and operational support of multiple functional areas.

Investigated glioblastoma-astrocytes interaction and tumor microenvironment

My PhD work focuses on molecular mechanisms underlying psychiatric symptoms of patients suffering from autoimmune encephalitis and is performed in the research group of Prof. Craig Garner.

I represented interests and managed administrative matters of doctoral researchers of DZNE Berlin site. I organized two multi-center PhD retreats for ~200 students from 8 sites

I co-founded a student-based initiative to help Life Sciences graduate students find their career path inside and outside of academia. I co-organized 2 career events (Career Exploration Day and Career Preparation Day) for ~80 participants I surveyed needs of neuroscience students community in Berlin

I collaborated with early medical innovators to develop an innovative medical product which led the teams to secure two grants of 100K euros each.

Part of a collaborative project with Prof. Noam Ziv laboratory, where I investigated activity of neuronal networks on multi-electrode arrays.

I investigated molecular mechanisms of autophagy and its role in synaptic transmission.

Master Thesis work on the role of autoimmune B lymphocytes in ischemic stroke.

Developed in situ DNA/RNA detection method for investigating intra-tumoral heterogeneity of glioblastoma from patient samples
