I joined DominiGames without any experience in advertising monetization of mobile applications. In less than a year became the head of monetization department. I created and trained my own small team. Now we have more than 200 free to play casual games that we work with and their number is only growing. I work with mediation like IronSource, Appodeal and Applovin MAX. As well as with a large number of advertising networks (AdMob, Applovin, Unity, Meta, Vungle, Tapjoy, Mytarget, Mintegral, etc.). I have experience in A/B testing, finding the most profitable model of monetization, as well as the integration of new placements and according to it the development of TOR. Our department interacts with the development, analytics, QA and PM departments. I also maintain monthly reporting, work with google spreadsheets, documents and task trackers such as Bitrix24 and Trello.
