- Source, review, select and acquire 30 new vendors every month - Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with above 1000 existing vendors every year - Liaise the negotiation and communication both internally and externally among vendors and all internal departments, for all ID regions (above 20 stakeholders) - Set vendors’ OKRs (Objective and Key Results) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as well as conduct the performance review. This includes presenting it to the head division - Evaluation every registered vendor’s yearly performance and schedule an FGD with them quarterly - Assist sales team’s administrative documents for their new accounts (in general, 50 New Sales Housing Numbers within one month) - Increase the company’s vendor and sales E-Registration website penetration by guiding every vendor to use the platform for their tender inquiries My greatest achievement - Create and develop an E-Registration Vendor & Sales system within 3 months, which normally takes about 6 months - Selected as a participant in the Supervisor Development Program and passed with a GPA (3.36 / 4.00).
