• Supervised teams of 2-12 persons on various projects from initiation to completion. • Responsible for adhering to budget timelines . • Parking Garage Rehabilitation - Beam spall repair with exposed tendons, epoxy injection, below grade water control, reinforcement corrosion, random crack repair, expansion joint replacement. • Pressure Injections of Epoxy Resin - Crack repair, seismic repair and restoration, fill, rebond, seal and caterproof cold joints, rebond / delaminated slabs, uniform bearing under pads, beam repair. • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles or auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tank. • Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams with swivel-hooks, hoists, or elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material. • Operate and maintain maintenance on JLG Telehandlers, Man Lifts and Forklift.

Boatswain Mate

• Provided pertinent information regarding negotiations pertaining to the acquisitions of new lot positions within all major Master Planned Communities (Johnson Development, Newland Communities etc.). • Assisted with feasibility package for Corporate approval of Comparable market storefronts, marketing, and margin projection. • Managed existing land development projects while assisting in the negotiating of architecture plans, engineering and overseeing contractors while adhering to timelines. • Assisted to maintain Land Development Budgets on $1,000,000 plus projects. • Obtained construction contracts from vendors and ensured bids were within project scope and budget. • Directed over 5 infrastructure projects worth 10 million+, Maintenance Bond Cancellations and Municipal Utility District reimbursements (MUD). • Held positions on the Board of Directors for 4 Home Owner Associations (HOA). • Handled all property tax issues with all counties. Paid all lots and inventory homes owned by Pulte Homes. Also handled any issues with new homeowners regarding their tax issues. • Warranty Deed and Mineral Rights recordation.
