Eveline Gerck , MBA

Eveline is an American financier and board member of private and public funds and companies with deep expertise in capitalization through investment funding, corporate growth, domestic and international expansions, M&A and transformation strategies. Born in a family of Yugoslavian immigrants; she was raised and educated in Europe, South America and the United States. Proficient in four languages, she has substantial US and international work experience in funds and companies in the technology, engineering and infrastructure sectors and early stage companies in the technology, SaaS, Cleantech, Healthtech, Edtech and Fintech sectors. Ms. Gerck has investment banking and private equity work experience and training which built her deep knowledge of public and private equity and debt investments. Before becoming an entrepreneur and C-suite advisor and investor Ms. Gerck was an Institutional Investor ranked securities analyst who led over $40Billion in deals including IPOs, M&As and growth equity. In the past 20+ years, she has specialized in US and global private equity and venture capital investments, advising entrepreneurs/ CEOs and CFOs, seating on private boards, focusing on companies’ growth through technology and operational sustainability, social impact and ethical corporate governance improvements. Gerck has served as CEO, CFO and Board of Directors Member and Advisor to several startups and medium size family and private equity-owned enterprises. A Software and Structural Engineer, she was awarded two Scholarships, by Rotary International and the Organization of the American States, to pursue her graduate studies in business administration at Harvard University (CSS/ MSc) and Robert H. Smith Business School (MBA). Ms. Gerck is a member of the Harvard Club in NYC, The Harvard Innovators Group at the Harvard Club of NY and the Harvard Alumni Association.
