At Worklytics, I work with organizations trying to measure AI adoption, productivity, collaboration patterns, and organizational effectiveness with more clarity than surveys, anecdotes, or basic usage dashboards can provide. Most leaders don’t just need to know whether employees have access to AI. They need to know which teams are adopting it, where usage is accelerating, which tools are worth further investment, where to divest, and how token costs connect to real business impact. That’s where my work is focused: helping leaders turn AI usage, token spend, meeting load, focus time, collaboration behavior, and team dynamics into a clearer picture of how work actually gets done. The goal is to help companies make smarter decisions about AI investments, reduce waste, identify adoption gaps, and understand where work is becoming faster, more focused, and more effective.
