- Investigated the relationships between corresponding genotypes/phenotypes using CRISPR-Cas 9 zebrafish and related the results to patient exome data to find new genetic mutations that have nephrological effects. - Undertook management of ~1,000 zebrafish as well as execution of breeding, fin-clipping, and genotyping. - Executed survival analysis of mutated zebrafish animal models. Formulated genetic crosses to model the desired mutagenic line with animals of different mutagens of the gene of interest.

- Routinely answered University faculty, staff, and student’s questions regarding campus information. - Asked open-ended questions to assess customer needs. Investigated and resolved customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

- Studied the impact of tumor recurrence and metastases following surgical tumor resection and the role of anesthetics. - Supported in toe-clipping, tagging, and blood collection of mice animal models. Genotyped mice samples to determine their genetic make-up to isolate knockout from wild-type mice. - Assisted in troubleshooting procedures if experimental results were unexpected or if the quality of specimens is poor.

- Supported the Clinical Team and Trial Managers in planning, execution and close out of clinical trials. - Assisted the Clinical Team in the development and review of protocols, eCRFs, study manuals, and other study documents. - Managed trial-related documents and ensured clinical documents are maintained in an inspection-ready state.

Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility. Maintain the safety of children and adults in and around the pool. Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. Complete and maintain records of emergency medical treatments performed and other relevant incident information.
