Customer service for customers coming into have maintenance performed on their vehicles. Provide transportation for customers as well as test drive vehicles after the service was performed.

Dry, vacuum and detail vehicles. Worked directly with customers to achieve satisfaction.

Detail vehicles for sales. Work directly with Sales Men to keep customers happy.

Contract ending in January of 2016 Manage our help desk system to ensure timely responses and high quality solutions. Also assisting in software development doing segments of code on a need basis. Using Visual Studio 2012 and writing code in c# and dot net.
