• Defining project objectives, requirements, and scope in consultation with stakeholders. • Depending on project scale, preparing detailed construction drawings or leading design team in the preparation of construction drawings. • Preparing/Overseeing the preparation of documentation required to execute construction contracts and or consulting agreements. • Approving/Authorizing contract documents and agreements. • Coordinating, administering, and managing all project phases for new construction, renovations and tenant improvements. • Monitoring and controlling consultant/contractor work to ensure adherence to project requirements, specifications and codes. • Ensuring the safety of construction activities. • Completing research, interpreting, and recommending methodologies, best practices, products, and materials. • Providing technical direction and leadership to achieve project objectives, protect the organization and minimize risk.
