Managed six people who were responsible for coordinating, editing, fact-checking, clearing, and transmitting all official correspondence for CMP. Participated in inter-agency working groups to rewrite parts of the 12 FAH-6 Overseas Security Policy Board (OSPB) standards, coordinate approvals for overseas secure construction projects, and write new recommendations for secure wireless.

Chief of the Security Engineering Branch (DS/SECD/SEB) within the DS Training Center (DSTC) in Dunn Loring, Virginia. Managed 14 people. My branch coordinated new hire training for Foreign Service technical security specialists, trained construction security contractor staff, and taught security countermeasures. My employees coordinated and taught classes in Dunn Loring, Frankfurt, Bangkok, and Seoul.

As a research assistant, I investigated doping and electrical activation of silicon carbide (SiC) using high-energy ion beam implantation followed by high-temperature annealing using an aluminum nitride (AlN) cap.
