Selected to design a new patient-centric, go-to-market operating model for Rare Diseases (Conditions). As of 2022, Evrysdi is available to people with SMA conditions worldwide. Enabled by the new model, the launch is considered one of the most successful launches in rare conditions at Roche.

Key Achievement: Helped transform Roche's biosimilar posture from strategic uncertainty into a clearly defined readiness strategy that, within two years, was externally recognized as an industry benchmark, reshaping both internal positioning and market perception. Led the global commercial strategy and annual business plan to sustain and grow Herceptin and MabThera sales ahead of loss of exclusivity, and directed the International Business Team across EU, US, and top emerging markets to launch the subcutaneous formulations of both brands, a defining lifecycle play to ensure competitive resilience. Spearheaded and co-developed a new customer-facing resourcing model with Regional Franchise Leaders, rolled it out across Europe and the top 10 emerging markets, and owned the global product marketing budget of >CHF 30M.
