My research interests are in real estate finance and empirical corporate finance.

IPF Diploma in Investment Education - I was responsible for the course modules on Investment valuation and portfolio theory.

I taught undergraduate- and graduate-level finance and econometrics.

As a Fellow and Director of Studies I was responsible for supporting Land Economy students through their academic life at Cambridge.

My PhD project focused on the capital structure of Real Estate Investment Trusts. I worked under the supervision of Dr Jamie Alcock.

I was a visiting scholar with Prof Bruce Grundy at the Finance Department, The University of Melbourne.

I was a visiting scholar with Prof Susan Wachter. I studied macroeconomic risk factors in the returns from international listed real estate investment firms with a particular focus on the effects of mispriced debt.

My MPhil research focused on manipulation in US REIT investment performance evaluation. I worked under the supervision of Prof John Glascock.
