Establishing the short/mid/long-term purchasing planning processes for packaging and selected raw materials in Berlin plant (company start 07.2015). Project management from materials side (SUMI-automation of forecasting and order management, Tassimo redesign, production transfer for USA/CA, start of Tassimo China). Project coordination and supply chain planning for all co-manufacturers of the Berlin plant. Point of contact for all topics from production scheduling through material planning to finished goods deployment.

Order and inventory management in CE category. Planning and organising shipments from China. Supporting freight forwarders at customs clearance. Controlling and booking supplier and forwarder invoices.

Preparing supply/buy forecasts, order and inventory management for circuit breaker raw materials. Interface with finance department, approving write-offs from materials side. Leading packaging project in the plant.

Preparing presentations as per Ac Nielsen Milan request in Italian and English. Tracking and monitoring. Sending out dataflashes and monthly reports according to mutual agreements. Building and maintaing professional contact with the clients, involvement in negotiations. Providing value-added insights.

Lead trainer for food category coding process, project transition trainer to a team of 15 associates in Baroda, India. Planning and realization of the project migration.

Data management & product analysis for the Italian market, daily contact with Milan & India offices, system control, back-up team leader.
