* Portfolio management of national and international clients, providing accounting and financial statements consultancy, quarter and annual tax management (VAT, withholding TAX, Corporate Tax, and other local taxes.) and withholding corporate tax payments. * Legalization and filing of client’s annual financial statements * Outsourcing and collaboration, over a period of 2 years, with company Emesa, SA-Grupo Cuatrecasas. Accounting management and tax preparation of its subsidiaries.

* Preparation and analysis of financial reports for the company board meetings * Submission of tax assessments and analysis of financial statements * Bank reconciliations and management of all bank related operations

* Accounting and tax consultancy to assigned customer base (+30), delivering company’s services portfolio, especially supporting start-up companies. * Submission of tax assessments and analysis of financial statements * Delivering support to the tax department with tax inspections and also, on companies with insolvency proceedings * Management of notifications and seizure orders proceedings from the Tax Agency

* Preparing monthly management accounts, monthly reporting pack & quarterly corporate returns. * Preparing weekly cash flow, control bank balances to meet short term payments and process them. * Primary contact person managing relationships with financial entities * Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, clearing of diverse accounts, balancing items, entries, or amounts related to documents processed * Managing tax-related activities, such as DUAS execution, corporate tax, VAT, and preparing tax information to be delivered to external advisory
