Exclusives to be negotiated with the supplier working towards sales targets and margin and print and colour to all be signed off and lap dips sealed. *Trend forecasting & Competitor analysis: Weekly market comparison across our best and worst styles and volume drivers, research from fashion shows to propose new design ideas to be put into work. *Supplier Appointments & Review Meetings: Organising the wholesale appointment diary, attending meetings reviewing shopping lists and new products. * Preparation: Monthly showroom meetings for each of the client’s category’s team. Forward-thinking of what should be shown accordingly to shopping lists, move-on, developments, and best sellers. Assisting in racking up walls and styling of the themes. *E-Commerce Imagery: Managing all the client’s imagery, sample management, and booking product shoots with the studio team.

* Garment Fitting: Throughout my time in this role except for Dec’17-March’18 there was no garment technician on the wholesale team. I took ownership of all fit comments and workbooks from the initial sample to 1st fit onwards to production sample sign-off. Involving daily liaison with the suppliers in house design team, my manager's decision, as well as the clients buying team to enquire about garment changes resulting in costing/lead time affected by this. * Daily Accuracy: Updating comments, changes, and amendments across all spreadsheets and processing sheets ready for weekly sales and delivery meetings. * Garment Knowledge: Assembling style information from suppliers/factories on each product. Ensuring it meets the guidelines of compliance by the client's manual. * Supply Chain Co-ordination: Daily delivery intake management which includes: Preparing the stock list for intake and chasing late or undelivered styles with the supplier's team. Updating processing forms on each style's delivery date if processing can be on early deliveries. Assisting throughout each day with the warehouse team for our account, managing all issues and raising concerns, changes and amendments to be made on each order. Ordering labels for each product ensuring are thoroughly accurate. * Generating Orders: Creating SKUs for every exclusive wholesale product in Akeneo. Sales and Purchase orders to be created on Sage, following through confirming each order to all suppliers. Raising amendments immediately, with dates/prices to be in line with target/margin. I have worked under intense pressure with high-volume order sheets. * Delivery Management: Fulfilling the weekly deliveries, uploading packing lists correctly on databases to the client. * Administrative Tasks: Reviewing order changes, Invoicing, Price Analysis, Sample Management.

Fashion Show Assistant
