Eva Boratto
Chief Financial Officer @ Bath & Body Works
About
I am a seasoned executive with more than three decades of financial and operational leadership across public and private companies. Appointed chief financial officer of Bath & Body Works in August 2023. Prior to joining Bath & Body Works, I served as chief financial officer of Opentrons Labworks, a privately held life sciences company. I also spent 11 years at CVS Health, most recently as executive vice president and chief financial officer. During my tenure, I held roles of increasing responsibility and played a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, including investment in digital capabilities and new businesses, and supporting the integration of CVS Health’s transformative $69 billion acquisition of Aetna. Earlier in my career, I spent 20 years at Merck & Co., Inc., where I held a number of leadership roles, including vice president and U.S. market finance leader. I currently serve on the United Parcel Service (UPS) board of directors and chair the UPS Audit Committee. I hold a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University.
