• Involved in adding, removing, change and managing User Access Lifecycle through secure platform to provide the highest quality levels of Security • Maintain, create and enhance processes related to the lifecycle of Identity Access Management and involved in preparing documentation • Creating User Roles, Policies and access certifications for Governance Compliance in SailPoint IIQ • Implementation of RBAC control and reduce out of Role Entitlements • Create, update, manage user roles, policy and access in Microsoft Azure IAM suites • Coordinating with existing Provisioning Team for the application in order to get the existing Privileged User access Management to make it fit into IIQ and Microsoft Azure AD • Provisioning Applications request in SailPoint Identity IQ to create/Amend/Delete user access for the onboarded applications • Work with Business Unit Information Security Officers (BUISOs), system owners, and other IAM colleagues to address audit and regulatory related issues • Working with various partners (Group Risk, IT Leadership, IT staff as well as business application sponsors and owners) to ensure IAM in place at the Bank is appropriate and adheres to industry standards • Responsible for maintaining the specific IAM Process models and monitoring the compliance of IAM Processes and support of Audit, Regulatory and Third-Party requests for evidence • Facilitates evidence gathering for all IAM related Audit, Regulatory and third-party requests for evidence • Have involved in implementation of Segregation of duties for business entitlements and account mapping, clean-up process. • Engaged daily with Risk Coordinators from Glasgow and US clients to discuss the user access issues. Resolved them by coordinating with the application team and business owners

• Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the application. • Involved in writing test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects • Prepared and executed test cases as per the system requirements conducted smoke testing for every build and enhancements also involved in Regression testing for every release. • Tested the software for sequence and functionality based on requirements and specification • Defect Reporting and Tracking using Tools like Quality Center and Issue Tracker JIRA • Involved in reviewing the user stories which are part of new feature testing • Worked collaboratively in Agile environment with Product, BA and Development Teams • Involved in attending Daily stand-up Scrum calls, retrospective meetings to achieve timely deliverables
