●Works with the GBU Customer Service teams, Planning, Business/Sales, Corporate Logistics, Site Logistics, Trade Compliance, VAT teams, Finance, and ITC Global Process Owner ●Leads the import/export process for all sales orders and stock transport orders for finished goods and raw materials in the TM module ●Maintains effective and efficient management of open order transportation planning in the SAP S/4 and Transportation Management (TM – Module) ●Ensure Global project of TM transformation implementation in APAC ●Establish 3rd party Warehouse metrics and ensure timely review to find out issue/solution ●Make sure effective resource planning, handover process for new organization and standardize local logistic supporting process to avoid individual impact ●Drives the APAC Logistics strategy aligned with global strategy and achieve a world-class service level ●Guard the “front line” to ensure the right processes and metrics are in place for shipments to deliver “on-time” and exceptions are resolved quickly and appropriately ●Be accountable for logistics-related complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate corrective and/or preventive actions ●Work synergistically with key internal and external stakeholders and keep communication transparent, effectively at all levels ●Provide leadership to effectively address the challenges of import and export shipments, be strategic on logistics solutions, network, able to adjust and improve the situation by developing the long-term strategies and short-term tactical plans to achieve business objectives. ●Able to drive the organization development of a high-performance environment. Identify key talents, support and guide them on career development ●Manage the AOP for both headcount and logistics spending. Close the gaps on logistics forecast vs. spending, ensure data transparency and accuracy, understand the economic impact of data change

· Audit Carrier selection and management to provide safe, compliant, and sustainable solutions of Albemarle products from and to destinations across Regional and Korean region. · Collect, compile and analyze statistical logistics service data. · Develope and negotiate rates, prepare requests for bids, evaluate proposals, draft contracts, coordinate legal review and execute final contracts with 3rd party transport and storage partners · Lead and effectively manage 3rd party partner performance through regular supplier performance reviews. · Process claims associated with Logistics service providers · Support Order-to-Cash (OTC - Customer Service) and Site Logistics to resolve service and performance issues with Albemarle providers of storage and transportation services · Research and analyze supply chain solutions to meet defined service needs as requested by Business, Sales, Customer Technical Service, OTC · Investigation and root cause analysis of incidents reported in the Customer Feedback and Supplier Non-conformance systems to drive continuous improvement in service and performance of 3rd party partners · Consult with operations and OTC on better operational procedures to improve overall efficiency, service and cost · Support and troubleshoot to resolve freight payment issues and processes · Actively support continuous improvement through ongoing analysis of network operation and performance with emphasis on safety, service, and cost · Establish and enforce policies and procedures for import and export functions according to Korea regulations. · Develope and maintain import/export policies, procedures, and instruction manuals to ensure compliance with Korea and other Customs laws, regulations and administrative practices. · Assist in the capturing and analyzing of metrics associated with trade operations for reporting up to the Director of Global Trade Compliance and GBU Leadership.

• Perform inventory movements in inbound and outbound in the system including finished products, cases, samples and marketing material. • Coordinate the receiving activities by liaising with the customs broker, the freight forwarders and the warehouse. • Coordinate with the Sales Admins team to effectively manage the outbound process. • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for the organization of events and trade fairs. • Responsible for completing the invoicing process in the system. • Manage Returns process in the system from clients and Dept. Stores counters. • Prepare standardized or ad-hoc reports for the Supply Chain Manager or for the other functions in the subsidiaries • Prepare reports on the progress of the receiving and issuing activities at the 3PL warehouse for the Supply Chain Manager to monitor and effectively manage the status of the activities in the warehouse. • Maintain the item master list in the system and liaise with the Regional Office for updates at every new release. • Run replenishments of inventory to issue purchase orders to the Regional Office • Identify opportunities to improve the overall operational process and documentation by working with the Supply Chain Manager. • Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager on any problems or issues in warehouse or logistics operation

• Manage in compliance, customs & trade, classification, and FTA. • Responsible for entire logistics operation and improving logistics process. • Monitor service and freight cost of forwarder including 3PL warehouse with KPI. • Correspond externally with forwarders & foreign customers. • Participate in SAP Transportation implementation Project. • Participate in bidding to select the best forwarder. • Participate in Customer Documentation Improvement project. • Review shipping documents such as commercial invoice, Packing List, B/L, etc. • Delivery scheduling & Billing and invoicing & documentation in timely manner. • Analyze complaints or issues such as return and damage etc. • Manage all stock movement and adjusted in the system if any discrepancy. • Conduct quarterly/yearly stock taking with local Finance controller. • Liaise internally with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Production and etc.. • Handle MSDS, workplace and shipping labels. • Support audit of entire logistics process and documentation • Month end closing
