•Responsible for purchasing quality supplies and services by sourcing, canvassing, and negotiating with a wide range of suppliers to ensure that materials and services are made available on time and at minimum costs. •Canvasses materials and services from suppliers by providing and confirming availability of the required specifications to guarantee correct purchase •Negotiates prices to achieve materials extreme cost. •Preparing Comparison Sheets and Finalizing orders after negotiation. •Follow up on shipping documents for clearances. •Ensures that all transactions are properly documented so that Account’s Department can process payments on time. •Coordinate with suppliers on the delivery of goods and within desired timeframes. •Manage and submit task and status report as needed •Ensures that all local and foreign supplier's invoices are encoded properly in the system. •Involves in special projects negotiation in procuring new machineries in factories and capital expenses that needs in the factory. •Continuous outsourcing supplier to maintain minimal cost. •Conducting meeting for all relevant issues in purchasing, projects and yearly plans.

•I was assigned to have an over-all control of all machines spare parts which include electrical and mechanical parts - Inspecting all possible replaceable spare parts during change size. In charge in the fabrication and prepare/making PO’s for the spare parts required in production. Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required. •Checks the inventory shortages/overages and keeps track of fast and slow moving or remaining stocks. •Prepares PO with the contents based on result of the quotations where the selected supplier can provide the required parts/item complying with specifications/standards indicated by end users at the best possible time. •Monitors pending/undelivered purchase orders. •Makes sure that all price adjustments are correctly followed. •Visits warehouse and stock rooms to ensure proper receipt, tagging, warehousing and fast replenishment and display of merchandise. •Merchandise availability in the store and warehouse as to quantity and correct pricing and specifications
