* Installing Windows/Mac OSX on to rack mount PC’s, work stations, laptops, Mac Pro’s, Mac Mini’s and Mac Book Pro’s * Installing equipment on a client site as and when required * Calibrating scanners ranging from A4 up to A0 42” scanners * Ensure printers are working correctly which also range from A4 to A0 Plotters. * Upon return/breakdown of the equipment I test it all to make sure it’s still working and completely wipe the data from them * Reinstall Windows/OSX and update the software so that equipment is ready for the next time it is due to go out on contracts * PC and laptop repair when equipment fails * Offer troubleshooting/desktop support to clients, in failing that the equipment is sent back for repair, I have repaired PC’s Laptops and Mac Book Pro’s * PC builds as and when required for clients who need more equipment than the company currently have or for clients who are purchasing new assets, which range from “Shuttles” up to work stations and rack mount PC’s for rendering/servers

* Answer and log service desk calls * Identify and solve desktop problems * Allocate and prioritise service desk requests and faults * Hardware audits, PC rebuilds, hardware decommissioning, asset tagging * Ensure the provision of new starts, returnees and leavers hardware requirements * Induction processes * Provide high standard documentation to support changes in infrastructure * Visit other Senergy locations on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis * Carry out daily backup maintenance of local sites * Meeting room setups with video and audio conferencing * Carry out other duties as required * Liaise with 3rd line infrastructure * Relocate office staff and servers to new locations
