Heading up Lambert Excel, Lambert Contracts large and complex loss division. Responsible for the procurement and execution of major and complex insurance and private sector projects. Over the last year this has included significant expansion, increased turnover and profit and development of a wider client base. Surge planning and delivery of the recent Carlisle and Ballater flood repairs.

Working with Community Recreation leading large fun orientated events for children in various council owned centres in East Ayrshire including open days and charity events on a part time basis while completing my school studies.

Currently working alongside our company's Client Account Manager creating final accounts, written estimates, Tender documents and finalising client accounts. Following the January Storm surge I headed up the companys Storm Division validating, estimating and programming both emergency and follow on roof reinstatements from small to substantial values.

I completed my first year of the construction management course at Ayr college but after gaining promotion into the surveying position decided to complete the second year of the course at night to avoid missing further days from work.

I completed the first year of this course at Ayr college day release before moving on to South Lanarkshire College to complete the second year at night school.

Activities and Societies: Advanced Craft Joinery Skills. Forming of staircase, curved work, high class finishings, window construction.

I have recently graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a first class honours degree in Quantity Surveying.
