I lead Technology and Corporate Hiring for BuzzClan’s EU, South America & India Operations. I am responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for the business units and meeting stakeholder demands to hire the best talent in the region. I am also responsible for helping drive the full recruitment life cycle, with a sharp focus on diversity, and continuous improvements in the quality, time to fill, and cost of hiring. I have a strong track record of developing insights and recruiting strategies that drive the employer brand and achieve talent agenda. I am result driven Talent Acquisition and Diversity Leader with high energy and passion for sourcing and recruiting top talent. With over 12 years of extensive experience, I have handled different geographies (India, UAE, North America, South America & Europe) with diverse clientele. I have both staffing industry experience and corporate recruitment experience including international recruitment. I have led teams for large hiring projects, niche and specialty roles and executive recruitment. I have also worked onsite in UAE for 2 years and was involved in hiring for UAE government companies. I hold Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Master’s degree with specialization in Human Resources and Marketing. My strong belief is in “Work it. Own it”
