The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations, and financial performance of retail and industrial properties. This role ensures that properties are maintained to high standards, tenants’ needs are met, and occupancy and revenue targets are achieved. The Property Manager serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, balancing operational efficiency with tenant satisfaction.

I work with the Industrial Property Management team in managing an extensive industrial portfolio consisting of 14 buildings, 26 tenants, and 4.2 million square feet. I implement the asset management plan by overseeing capital projects, property maintenance, tenant relations, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, CAM reconciliations risk management, compliance, A/R, and A/P.

I was responsible for originating, advising, processing, and funding of my team’s loan pipeline. I assisted in funding over $100M of loan volume. I managed all parties involved in a purchase or refinance transaction including owners, buyers, sellers, escrow/title, agents, processors, and underwriters.

Estimate, create, and submit project proposals. Help manage operations, marketing, and project sites. Moved from a role in preparation, installation, and cleaning up job sites.

I assisted in an expansive set of commercial real estate aspects, including property valuation, financial analysis, investment analysis, tenant canvassing, tenant researching, lease abstracting, lease analysis, BOVs, RFPs, OMs etc…

Worked with a specialized team of associates and representatives to help promote and develop businesses nationwide. Specifically, I worked with “Entertainment,” a mobile marketing platform that helped promote restaurants and eateries.
