Facilitated preconstruction and site activities for a selective demolition project involving a 13-story high-rise with a total area of 1 million square feet. Handled tracking subcontractor qualifications, completed building takeoffs, and utilized Bluebeam to mark up building plans.

Supervised the front end while handling money orders, Western Union transactions, customer questions (in both English and Spanish), and various accounting. Monitored the floor to decrease wait times and supervise fellow coworkers.

Checked customers out at register, retrieved carts from the lot, and trained new cashiers.

Managed and assisted closing out neighborhoods while participating with other departments and interns during the inaugural program. Ran volumes up to 10 houses at once and helped perform necessary tasks to keep up division cadence such as scheduling, forecasting, and contacting subcontractors.

Assisted construction superintendents to gain on the job knowledge and experienced day-to-day tasks of managing multiple homes in development.
