Assisted in the build-out and general planning of the rejuvenation project at Silver Sands Motel and Beach Bungalows, a luxury hotel and restaurant complex, in Greenport, NY. Managed the creation. Design and sourcing of visual aids across the Silver Sands Campus. Optimized the reservations systems at all four restaurants and modernized VIP lists. Managed employee and staff uniform design, distribution and collection at all properties. Aided in the service and planning of special events.

Managed the organization, curation, and operation of the Broadway Bites food market in Herald Square. Identified new local vendors to be included in markets, managed those relationships, and guided them through DOH processes. Conducted research used in the creation of a revamped website.

Served as a member of the Customer Business Development team. Conducted an investigation into a potential product expansion for Kool-Aid brand juices into the multi-serve category. Created a category story for multi-serve juices, identifying new opportunities for the Kool-Aid, such as lower sugar products and local supermarket chains where the product would thrive.

Edited pieces before they were published in the magazine. Helped run stands to sell magazines and merchandise at festivals.
