IRAD is a combination of virtual machine that use for remote access purpose to support our SEA and south pacific customer. •Perform maintain and support on the architecture of IRAD. Perform expansion on the resources where the bottle neck found. •My KPI includes ensure the ultilization of the system resources is below benchmark. Analaysis and present to the management monthly on the IRAD resources. Ensure there isn’t unauthorized/intruders access to the IRAD and complied all security compliance. Ensure all the antivirus scan and windows updates are up to date.
