In this role I worked across all fourteen Victorian stores to autonomously lead sales, culture and systems -In FY24, I achieved $765k in individual sales -Qualified 3x for Pedal Group Global Awards for top 10% individual sales nationally -Temporary assignment as Team Leader at Preston o Increased workshop labour by 50% month on month o Overhauled culture and team attitudes to increase productivity o Implemented store systems around stock control to reduce shrinkage

-Increase annual store sales from $2.5m to $4.5m -Coaching and training a team of up to 10 sales consultants -Overseeing 1 Workshop Team Leader -Conducting inductions as well as HR procedures -Managing the store P&L to decrease costs and increase profit

• Designed and executed a research project investigating inline electrochemical flow cells coupled with HPLC for in vitro drug metabolism studies, using paracetamol as a model compound to demonstrate oxidative metabolite generation and detection (High Distinction) • Performed comprehensive computational analysis of paracetamol’s molecular properties using density functional theory (B3LYP), characterising structural conformations, electronic properties, vibrational spectra, and UV-Vis/NMR spectroscopic behavior (High Distinction)
