Drive year-over-year improvements in core areas of: hands free transactions & automation, Req-to-PO cycle time improvement, and reduction of invoice holds. During this time, improved hands free transactions from 60% to 81%, reduced Req-to-PO cycle time from 5.5 days to 3 days, and reduced invoice holds by 35%. Involved in identifying, implementing, and executing hard cost savings projects with strategic procurement group.

Team lead in newly formed Procurement COE. Responsible for Requisition-to-PO processing activities for MRO, refractory, services, and utilities commodities. In addition, retained all master item catalog responsibilities.

Lead all activities related to Data Coding initiatives. Managed a global team of 10 data coders responsible for all master item catalog management activities. Business partner for ERP project, which involved migrating from legacy systems to Oracle, including cleansing and conversion of 1.3 million item numbers to new system.

Positions of increasing responsibility focused on item catalog management, blanket purchase order management (building & maintaining pricing on 2000+ blankets), and elimination of duplicates within item catalog.

Responsible for creation of item numbers within the master item catalog.
