* Prepare and execute plans of action for a myriad of various types of projects * Coordinate production, productivity, quality and customer service standards * Manage all of the day-to-day operational aspects of projects * Review merchandise prepared by the team and deliver to the client * Track and report team hours and expenses * Lead and participate on-site deliveries at customer sites

* Responsible for designing, implementing and managing lifecycle infrastructure and operations as well as managing branch operations * Manage and assist with the planning, implementation and execution of Lifecycle Services contracts and projects * Assist branch managers and corporate resources with general branch management, execution and improvement * Manage service operations for all Lifecycle Services contracts * Oversee the depot repair operations including: the depot supervisor, technicians, parts, and driver services * Monitor and report on service process effectiveness, value, and compliance. Identify any process exceptions that occur, perform root cause analysis, suggest and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences * Create, review, and assist in the submission of Pre-SOW, SOW, Proposal, and Lifecycle Service Contract documentation

* Contribute to the generation of customer and vendor SOW’s * Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables * Execute and oversee project timelines and critical tasks * Define project tasks and resource requirements * Develop full scale project plans * Assemble and coordinate project staff * Schedule project activities with customers, employees, and suppliers * Identify and manage to project milestones and completion dates * Closely manage costs and billings, including milestone billings * Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders * Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions * Assure that information in designated systems is correct at all times
