As HOA board treasurer I am responsible for managing investments and overseeing expenditures for our community of 132 homes. Notable successes in my tenure include collecting and managing a sizeable settlement for building defects, keeping assocation dues low for our residents and prudently scrutinizing expenses from contractors and other vendors.

In house R&D and operations in robotic food manipulation

I conceptualized and built a neighborhood coffee and breakfast business in a space that had been abandoned for 20 years. I pitched the property owner and investors. I Hired architects and contractors and managed permitting and licensing with multiple local government agencies. I led the organization by hiring staff, designing the menu, setting company policies, overseeing marketing and managing payroll, budget, accounting and compliance. I executed strategy to meet and exceed sales growth goals and employed dozens of people.

I Managed hundreds of jobs from quote to final inspection by the local building department. I oversaw small teams on electrical jobs ranging from a single high amperage outlet in a residential garage to a new PG&E service to supply dozens of charging stations in a multi-story commercial parking garage.

In this period of my career I was lucky enough to purchase two bank owned homes in disrepair and restore them to comfortable and attractive rental homes.
