• Providing full HR support in 2 plants (Nagykanizsa, Zalaegerszeg) • Ensuring proper quantity and quality of labour • Monitoring and supporting labour administration (contract modification, compensation changes,entry and lay-off • Cooperating with the local trade unions, Central HR organization and council. • Supporting and implementing organizational changes • Investigating disciplinary issues • Analyzing employee satisfaction, collecting inputs and taking necessary retention actions • Collaboration in school relations and dual education

• Providing support in functional areas of Human Resources including: recruitment and employment, employee relations, job evaluation, human and organizational development, performance review, career planning • Coaching and consulting managers and employees on issues including: retention, performance, improvement, organizational changing, disciplinary, termination etc. • Coordinating site HR related programs • Participating in process improving projects by using LEAN tools
