• First contact person to contact with the Hiring Managers representing the company • Client-facing: off-site recruitment for the German-speaking Swiss market • Leadership for sourcing projects to support the Team Lead with special projects/new market/new clients • Planning the sourcing strategy for assigned positions and creates job ads based on the Intake information • Providing market feedback and intelligence based on the experience in the respective talent market • Lead Sourcer for one of the German clients of Serendi • Onboarding/Mentoring of the newcomers

Main tasks: • Recruiting for multinational companies in Europe, from entry level roles to senior management • Screening and interviewing candidates in English ,German and Hungarian • Being in charge of more or less 9 positions at a time • Collaborating with on-site Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers • Developing and applying new search techniques and methodologies • Recruitment coordination

I taught basic English in elementary level for elementary school pupils and German for high school students for many years long while I was a student at the university. It made me feel more confident in speaking languages and I also have learned, how to teach foreign languages to children. I think, it was a very important part of my life and I've collected a lot of experiences.

Main tasks: •customer service – call and incident handling (providing essential support to Customer’s PC users – software and hardware-related issues) •problem-solving (diagnose and solve PC related issues by giving step-by-step instructions, or using a remote control tool) •documentation (log all communication with the customers in the helpdesk tracking database) •escalation (assist and co-working with other teams to resolve the cases or find the best practice) HR catalyst - volunteer additional role: Main tasks: •spreading information about TCS corporate events, news, processes •taking part in charity activities, organization of programs for the team •being there for the entire team in case of any administrative questions
