Hello, my name is Esther Johnson. I have spent the last 10 years working in the sub prime world of automobile lending. I spent 6 years of my time with my current employer as the Training Coordinator. I really enjoyed being able to interview new employees and train them on the inner workings of the Collections Department. I took pride in their success. I currently have assisted with re-vamping the interview process to pull in the best possible candidates for our company. I am currently a student at Indiana State University. I am studying Human Resource Development. I have a real passion for people and helping them to reach their full potential.
