Monthly contributions: I am familiar with and fully functional on the Everest operating system. Responsible for the management and administration of a portfolio of active and terminated funds (participating employers). Receiving and allocating monthly contributions timorously and accurately to member’s records and submitting payment instructions accordingly. Providing member data that corresponds with payment of premiums to risk providers Providing contribution reports to participating employers, brokers and members. Issuing of Section 13(A) correspondence to participating employers with regards to late payment of contributions Correspondence to the FSB with regards to non-complying participating employers. Maintenance of member records and fund values Claims: Withdrawal of funds in respect of termination of employment contracts Submitting tax applications via the Everest system and/or e-Filing. Relevant documentation with regards to transfers to retirement funds Processing of death and disability claims in conjunction with the risk provider Payment of approved benefits to nominated beneficiaries as per the resolution of the fund trustees. Applying for and payment of benefits to trust funds in respect of minor beneficiaries. Fund maintenance: Ensuring benefits due on terminated funds are at 0 balances in order to de-register the fund at the FSB. Performing Section 14 transfers in and out subject to FSB approval Maintenance of active and non contributory members’ records and fund values. Follow up on outstanding withdrawal forms from the participating employer for non contributory members. Performing switches on the Everest system. Document control such as updated authorized signatories, fax indemnities and FICA

Attending to customer enquiries and processing of insurance claims.

Secretarial support to MD and sales managers. Ensuring processes are followed in accordance with the ISO 9000 QMS.
