 Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, analysis and monthly submission of report to Management.  Developed and implemented financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reducing potential financial risks.  Managed the financial forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial projections that supported strategic planning and decision-making.  Establishing documented systems, policies, desk manuals and procedures in finance and accounts and implementing accounting controls.  Working in partnership with management to design and implement cost-effective procedures to ensure that internal controls are effective for reliable financial reporting & safeguarding the company's assets, etc.  Improving operations, impacting business growth, reducing costs, maximizing profits, creating and executing strategic plans  Analyzing revenues & expenses and recommending corrective actions as required, for any variations compared to Budget / Forecast  Directing and coordinating company’s financial affairs according to financial principles & government regulations.  Implemented a new financial reporting system that improved data accuracy, enhancing stakeholder confidence and decision-making capabilities.
